The Platform is owned by TINZ, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at Raichur.

Upon initiating a transaction for Services, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner.
6. Indemnity, Force Majeure, and Governing Law
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, affiliates, group companies, and their officers, directors, agents, and employees against claims, demands, penalties, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable policies, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations where performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
These Terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Raichur.
