1. Return and Exchange Timeline
We offer refund or exchange requests within 7 days from the date of purchase.
If 7 days have passed since purchase, return, exchange, or refund requests will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
The item must include original packaging.
Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange replacement is provided only when items are found defective or damaged.
3. Exempt Categories and Request Processing
Certain categories may be exempt from returns or refunds and are identified at the time of purchase.
For accepted exchange/return requests, once your item is received and inspected, we send confirmation by email.
After quality check approval, return or exchange requests are processed as per policy.
